The FALL (CORE) SOCCER PROGRAM is designed to be a fun program for players of all ages, experience levels and skills. We want your child to understand & enjoy soccer, learn to play "the beautiful game" through the SIX Principals of AYSO:

1. Blue Sombrero/Sports Connect service fee ($3.50) and AYSO National Membership Fee ($25) are non-refundable.
2. Full refunds may be issued until July 1st (except nonrefundable items, e.g., Blue Sombrero service fee and national fee)
3. $50 refunds may be issued through July 14th
4. There will be no refunds issued beginning July 15th since teams have already been formed

• You should expect to hear from coaches in mid to late July.
• Practices may begin as early as August 3 (it is still okay to go on vacations if planned for the summer), or as late as the last week of August.
• Practice days and times are at the discretion of the coach and NO refunds or changes will be made for players that can't abide by the chosen schedule.

• Games will begin Saturday, September 12, 2026 and end the weekend of November 14-15, 2026.

• All Star teams will have additional commitments that may last through February 2026. This will be an invitational program and is NOT mandatory.
• Area playoffs for advancing teams will take place the weekend of December 5-6, 2026.

• Playground and Schoolyard programs will start Saturday, September 12, 2026 and end Saturday, October 31, 2026.

AYSO Playground and Schoolyard are pre-soccer, adventure/exploration programs for three and four-year-olds introducing fundamental motor skills in collaboration with parents & guardians, using soccer as a common thread.

There are no traditional teams or practices in Playground or Schoolyard. 

In Playground, players participate in fun activities under the instruction of our First Touch Soccer coaches with the assistance of a parent.  Children learn soccer skills like kicking, dribbling, and throwing in the ball, but in a low-pressure setting. Parent participation is a must.

In Schoolyard, there is greater emphasis on playing in game situations. Young players need to get a feel for the ball and the field, so even though there are adults all around and many opportunities to offer instruction, the emphasis is on fun and play. 

Please note, there are no mid-week practices in Playground or Schoolyard, only Saturday sessions.
