REGISTRATION for Fall 2008 Season

Registration Forms can be downloaded HERE (updated 12/16/07):

Click HERE for Registration packet (requires Acrobat Reader)
Just download, print and return.

Returning Players - A preprinted packet was made for all players and distributed through the coaches. Please try to use these forms if possible. If you can't find/get yours, then using a blank one from this site is fine. (The reason for using the preprinted ones is it is easier for the volunteers to update your information from the pre-printed form.)

New Players - You must send in a copy of a document that verifies the players birthdate. Once checked, these documents are destroyed.

Register Early! - we are expecting that some divisions will completely fill up before the end of May. Players that register after this point will be put on a wait list and may not get to play.

Recorded Registrations - A list of the registration received AND recorded (as of Jan 16, 2008) can be viewed by clicking here. If you sent in your forms in prior to Jan 9, 2008 please check to make sure all players you registered are listed.

Please contact with any questions or for more information.
