The Beach Classic

1. Roster signed by commissioner. eAYSO Rosters are acceptable.

2. Signed Medical Release Forms – In same order as Roster

· Absolutely Mandatory – NO EXCEPTIONS

· Any player without Medical Release WILL NOT PLAY

3. AYSO Official Line Up Card

· Numerical Order

· 5 Cards Total

4. AYSO Photo ID Cards – In same order as Roster

Have all of these items with you at all times. They are subject to inspection by tournament officials prior to any game.

· Check in will be accomplished only once Saturday morning.

· Please arrive at least one hour before your first game to check in.

· There will be a Check In desk at each site, and your check in will be done at the site of your first game.
